I really like the staff. They personable and helpful. The maintenance guys that have come fix things have been super. He walked to the dog park to tell me they were done. They are not fussy. Super dog-friendly.

Every issue I’ve had, large or small, has been dealt with quickly and professionally. Beyond that, the level of customer service within the company is of an extremely high level. Undermain Theatre below - a total plus! Murray Street Coffee across the street - YES PLEASE. Management is strict but sensible and have rooftop yoga, happy hours, great vibes and building has really good bones.
